Amaryllis are a boutique consulting agency here to bring your spaces & business to life through research, branding & events. We guide our clients to a business & brand that is profitable & something to be proud of.

We assist with projects & events to promote your business & products, creating awareness & increasing customer engagement.

We can provide all necessary services within your event or space ensuring a seamless & engaging experience for all involved.



Our team will work with you to create a menu that is unique and memorable.

Catering for cocktail events, weddings, buffets, private dinners (in your home or any location), corporate meetings, tea breaks & luncheons.

Allowing for all dietary requirements and incorporating all of your favourite foods, we use in season local produce for all our catering.

Amaryllis & Sustainability 

Amaryllis aims to use local produce wherever it is practical. Limiting our food miles reduces our impact on green house gas emissions while providing food that is fresher, higher in nutrients and more flavoursome.

We prefer to use organic ingredients if they are available locally although we are not an wholly organic.  

We do not use imported or netted seafood, ensuring that our seafood is certified sustainable and is either farmed or line caught.  

We only use free range eggs, chicken and pork products as we are committed to the ethical rearing of animals for human consumption.

Our coffee is organic, rainforest alliance, Melbourne owned and roasted.
